Terms & Conditions

1. Using Ekhaya Finders. Ekhaya Finders is a listing platform connecting landlords and tenants in South African townships. We do not own, manage or inspect the properties listed.

2. Landlord responsibilities. Landlords warrant they have the right to let the property, that photos and details are accurate, and that they will respond honestly to enquiries.

3. Tenant responsibilities. Tenants agree to view properties in person before paying any deposit and to report suspicious listings to our admin team.

4. No liability for third-party dealings. Any rental agreement is between the landlord and the tenant. Ekhaya Finders is not a party to that agreement.

5. Anti-scam. We manually approve listings and may suspend accounts that breach community standards or attempt fraud.

6. Changes. We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use means acceptance of the latest terms.
